ClickMap Terms of Use

1. General Provisions
The ClickMap service (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service') is a platform for creating, publishing, and sharing interactive maps with custom markers.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the 'Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
The Service Administration reserves the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Registration and Account
Full access to the Service requires account registration.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
- Not share your credentials with third parties
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
The minimum age for users is 16 years. Users under 16 may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent.
3. Usage Rules
3.1. Permitted actions:
- Creating personal and public maps
- Adding markers with various content
- Collaborating on maps with other users
- Publishing maps for public access
3.2. Prohibited actions:
- Posting illegal, harmful or offensive content
- Violating third-party intellectual property rights
- Using the Service for spam or fraudulent activities
- Creating maps with commercial advertising without approval
- Disrupting the Service or attempting unauthorized access
4. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Service and its source code belong to the Administration.
Users retain all rights to their content (maps, markers, descriptions) while granting the Service a non-exclusive license to use it for platform functionality.
Public maps may be accessible to other users according to visibility settings.
5. Privacy
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and improve user experience.
6. Liability
The Service is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete satisfaction of your expectations.
You are responsible for the content you create and publish through the Service.
The Administration reserves the right to remove any content violating these Terms without prior notice.
7. Paid Services
Some Service features may be available for a fee. Payment and refund terms are described in separate agreements.
We reserve the right to change pricing and terms for paid services with user notification.
8. Termination of Access
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
9. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in court at the location of the Service Administration.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
